Catch a glimpse of the energy and insights that defined previous year’s event.

The Brooklyn 6G Summit is one of the communications industry’s most distinguished gatherings.
It’s where academia, industry analysts, service providers, regulators, equipment vendors and startups from various corners of the telecom industry come together to highlight the key technologies that will define the next era of advanced wireless communications.
The 2024 Brooklyn 6G Summit, our 11th annual event, will take place from October 23 to October 25, 2024, in Brooklyn, NY. The Summit is jointly organized by Nokia and the NYU WIRELESS research center and will be held on the campus of the NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
This year’s theme is: “6G – From vision to action.”
It symbolizes the transition 6G is undergoing from the research to standardization stage. Accordingly, the summit will focus on a wide range of 6G topics, including AI/ML, new mid-band spectrum, energy efficiency, security, the integration of Terrestrial and Non-Terrestrial Networks and more.
In addition to keynotes and panel sessions, this year’s summit will also feature an NYU WIRELESS Open House to showcase a wide range of cutting-edge research developments. The conference will also feature an exhibition with state-of-the-art demos. The event’s audience will vote for the Best Demo Award.
Finally, honoring the trailblazers in telecommunication technology, we will present the Pioneer Award to Vic Hayes and Bruce Tuch, the inventors of Wi-Fi. Additionally, the Lifetime Academic Achievement Award will be bestowed upon Dr. David Goodman from NYU Wireless.
